Shell-mould casting
No water added to the moulding system. Absolutely free for any moisture, which makes it suitable also for high alloy steels.
Dansk Skalform A/S fabricate small, maschine moulded, complicated thin-walled castings up to 25 kg.
Dansk Skalform A/S supply almost any alloy including Ductile iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Bronze.
We have our own pattern shop with the latest 3D Cad/Cam software, CNC milling machines and spark erosion machines. We use MAGMASOFT filling and solidification simulation software, and we have the latest 3D scanning hardware and software from ZEISS.
Lost-wax casting
Fully high-temperature ceramic moulds without any moisture or carbon pickup. This makes them perfect for super alloys such as stainless steel, duplex, stellite. High dimensional accuracy.
In-House Tool-Shop CAD / CAM
Modeling and simulation of casting process using latest 3D CAD/CAM tools and techniques. Using PTC Creo, Solid Edge, Cimatron.
